Micro/Nano Fabrication & Semiconductor Devices Lab — Overview
This lab enables device characterization and micro/nano fabrication workflows. Students and researchers use RF/DC probe stations, parameter analyzers, a solar simulator, and thin-film deposition tools within a cleanroom environment to prototype and evaluate advanced semiconductor devices and sensors.
