Learning Outcomes

  • Outline basic design and process flow for semiconductor devices for different applications, after identifying the challenges.
  • Outline characterisation techniques necessary to evaluate performance of each device.
  • Thoroughly analyse the characterisation results and extract the necessary device/performance parameters.
