Learning Outcomes
- Outline basic design and process flow for semiconductor devices for different applications, after identifying the challenges.
- Outline characterisation techniques necessary to evaluate performance of each device.
- Thoroughly analyse the characterisation results and extract the necessary device/performance parameters.
