- Vectors and Vector Spaces: Notion of vector space, subspaces, dimensionality, span, inner product, norms, orthogonality, and geometric examples.
- Linear Transformations: Linear transformation of vectors, projection, geometric interpretation, and representation by matrices.
- Bases and Matrices: Basis, rank-nullity, orthogonal bases, determinant, projection, symmetric matrices, definiteness, normal matrices, nilpotent matrices, and matrix norms.
- Eigenvalues and Eigenvectors: Diagonalization of matrices, eigenvalues, geometric interpretation, and eigenvalue problems.
- Singular Value Decomposition: Existence of singular values, pseudo inverse, condition number, and geometric interpretation.
- Matrix Decompositions: QR, LDU, Cholesky, Schur decomposition, and Jordan normal form.
