  • Linear Transformations: Linear transformation of vectors, projection, geometric interpretation, and representation by matrices.
  • Bases and Matrices: Basis, rank-nullity, orthogonal bases, determinant, projection, symmetric matrices, definiteness, normal matrices, nilpotent matrices, and matrix norms.
  • Eigenvalues and Eigenvectors: Diagonalization of matrices, eigenvalues, geometric interpretation, and eigenvalue problems.
  • Singular Value Decomposition: Existence of singular values, pseudo inverse, condition number, and geometric interpretation.
  • Matrix Decompositions: QR, LDU, Cholesky, Schur decomposition, and Jordan normal form.
